泰德·尼尔森Theodor Holm Nelson,1937年6月17日)是美国信息技术先驱,哲学家和社会学家。他于1963年创造了术语超文本超媒体,于1965年发表。他创造的术语还包括超引用虚质性内联性远程性爱

他是导演拉尔夫·尼尔森和演员西莱斯特·霍姆之子[4],父母很快就离婚了,他由祖父母在芝加哥和格林威治村养大[5]
