水上计程车，香港称为水上的士，是用于拥有河道的城市的公共运输工具，其特性为不固定航线，仅搭载数位乘客，与渡轮及水上巴士不同。部分水上计程车公司亦提供水上巴士服务，在美式英语中，水上计程车亦可指代水上巴士。
各国情势
在美国，纽约、巴尔的摩、劳德代尔堡都有此项交通工具。
在义大利威尼斯有与的士相类的只搭载少量乘客的水上计程车。俄罗斯莫斯科因应交通问题，分别推出各种计程车的服务项目，包含水上计程车[1]。在韩国首尔，近几年在汉江亦见[2]。
意外
在2004年3月6日，在美国巴尔的摩一艘属于Living Classrooms基金会的Seaport Taxi（海港计程车）在该市内码头因为风暴翻侧，5人罹难。
