国际动物命名法委员会（International Commission on Zoological Nomenclature；缩写：ICZN）是一个负责统一、维护动物命名的国际非政府组织。它成立于1895年，现有来自19个国家的27位成员。
组织
ICZN的组织形式由《ICZN宪法》（Constitution of the ICZN）规定，后者与国际动物命名法规一同出版。[3]
该组织的成员由国际生物科学联合会的动物命名部门（Section of Zoological Nomenclature）选出[4]，每六年重选一次，可以连任三次，之后需隔三年才能再次入选。[5]
